Pumpkin Patch Field Trip

Timothy & I joined Joshua & his preschool for their trip to the pumpkin patch again this year. It was impossible to get good pictures while trying to keep up with two kids, but here are some of the better ones that I got.

Timothy isn't so sure about hay...or grass or dirt for that matter.

He did however love the pumpkins! Joshua was more interested in what the people behind us were doing.

I am laughing because Timothy just rolled that pumpkin a couple of rows over in the field.

Joshua running through the hay with his classmates. Last year this was a hay maze but this year it was just a big pile of hay.

I think he is trying to figure out how to escape.

He loves riding horses!

So glad we were able to go on this field trip with Joshua!

Appliques!!

I have been wanting an embroidery machine for so long. I finally bought one a few months ago, and thankfully a friend of mine was sweet enough to show me how to use it (she has the same one). I am having so much fun using it...just wishing I had more time. I am trying to get an Etsy shop opened, so after I practice a bit more, I will hopefully be selling some things! I really do love doing this! Here are some fall/Halloween shirts I made for the boys:

Look Who's Walking & Talking!

This precious one is 14 months old...so hard to believe! He has learned so many new things in the past 2 months. He started walking by himself about 2 weeks ago. He had been walking holding our hands & even taking a couple of independent steps but he just didn't want to do more than that until a couple of weeks ago. Now he is walking everywhere....at home at least. At school last week he still wanted to be carried. We'll have to see how he does this week! He has also been quite the talker. Of course, the last few days his answer to me all the time is "no, no". He & Joshua now get into competition saying the same word over & over...and louder & louder! I wouldn't change it though! I love this age....he is such a little imitator!

So Thankful!

This guy has finally started saying some words!! We are so thankful!! Alot of what he actually says doesn't really sound like what he means, but we figure it out. Thank you to everyone who has continued to pray for him since all of his seizures started. We are so blessed! You can continue to pray for him....that his progress continues & that his frustration is lessened by being able to say some things. And, of course, that there will be no more seizures (he had 3 about a month ago...he still has them every few months).
